$50 is non refundable. Deposit can be transferred to another event if requested by June 11, 2022. After that date $50 deposit is non refundable AND non-transferable. Any pre-payment made in excess of $50 can be refunded until Final Payment due date. Cancellation made after July 28 will forfit entire payment.

Full payment due by July 11, 2022. Space is limited.

Rooms will be assigned before arrival based on sleeping preference.

There are NO private rooms. All rooms are shared. 

Registration includes a 6ft table for each person, lodging for 5 nights and all food consumed at the Lodge.

Registration for bed in shared room is $600. Registration for Bottom Bunk is $550. Registration for Top Bunk is $500.

Registration for sharing a bed is $500.
