Octopus Digital LLC understands that life is filled with unexpected changes. It is impossible to define which cancellation reason is more valid than another. Additionally, contractual agreements with Event Venues have been made to offer the best experience possible. Please understand that commitments to our venue partners have strict deadlines. Due to these contractual agreements please see cancellation policies below.

The $50.00 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another person or retreat. Full payment is due 45 days prior to the start of the retreat.

If you cannot attend I will gladly shift your payment to another event or issue a refund if you notify me within the following deadlines:  ​

• Refunds (minus the deposit) will be processed up until 90 -days before an event.

• Partial Transfers (minus the deposit) will be processed up 90-45 days before an event.

• NO payments can be moved to another event 45-days prior to an event.

• If an event is canceled or postponed by Octopus Digital LLC, due to pandemic or other reasons, ALL funds will be refunded to attendees or transferred to new date as requested by guest.

Octopus Digital LLC reserves the right to adjust these policies as necessary.
